Pork Chops with Apples and Mushrooms Apple & Mushroom Pork Chops thinly sliced pork chops 1 apple, minced 1/2 Portabello cup mushrooms, minced 2 celery stalks, minced 1/2 white onion, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Butter Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper Preparation In a skillet, melt some butter and add the apple, mushroom, celery, shallot, garlic, and lemon juice; season to taste. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until fruit and veggies are softened. Remove from heat Add a little more butter or olive oil to the skillet and brown pork chops on each side, and continue to cook all the way through Return fruit and veggies to warm them up again Plate, serve, and enjoy.
